As Osaic (formally Advisor Group)’s payroll team matured, the company decided to take on more of the payroll process in-house. But they still needed OSV’s expertise with Workday payroll — just in a different way than before.
Because of OSV’s Workday-native approach, Osaic could still access on-demand expertise for answering questions and optimizing processes while taking on more of the hands-on work. With Workday-native services, support is delivered directly within the customer’s tenant, providing a seamless experience that feels like working with an extension of the customer’s team.
Osaic moved from a managed payroll service to OSV’s Payroll Processing Support service. This shift enabled them to handle day-to-day payroll operations internally while maintaining their access to OSV’s specialized Workday expertise for complex configurations.
